In this subsection we can find all the details of the orders made by the cashiers, waiters or call center.

Columns

  • Time: Time/date when the order was created.
  • Reference: A unique reference number stored in the system to uniquely identify each order.
  • Branch: The branch where the order was sent from, or sent to.
  • Type: Whether the order is a dine-in, takeaway, delivery, pickup, etc
  • Customer: The customer who was assigned to the order.
  • Agent: The employee (web user) who handled the order.
  • Due: The due date/time of when the order is supposed to be received.
  • Status:
    Pending: If order is sent to cashier but not accepted yet.
    Void(1): If order is sent to cashier, and voided from cashier.
    Void(2): If order is not accepted from cashier and voided from call center.
    Active: If order is sent to cashier and accepted but not closed.
    done: If order is closed from cashier.

Filters

  • Reference: A unique reference number stored in the system to uniquely identify each order.
  • Customer Phone:The customer Phone which was assigned to the order.
  • Business Date: The business date of the order.
  • Payment Date: The date of when the payment was received.
  • Due Date: The due date/time of when the order is supposed to be received.
  • Tag: The cashier tags that get assigned to orders, to track orders later in reports.
  • Type: Order type, takeaway, dinein, pickup..etc.
  • Source: The order source.
  • Status:
    Pending: If order is sent to cashier but not accepted yet.
    Void(1): iIf order is sent to cashier, and voided from cashier.
    Void(2): If order is not accepted from cashier and voided from call center.
    Active: If order is sent to cashier and accepted but not closed.
    done: If order is closed from cashier.
  • Has Discount: To show orders with discounts.
  • Has Return: To show orders has returned products.
  • Online Agent: The web user name who created the order.
  • Payment Method: The payment method name.
  • Product: Filter orders with product name.
  • Branch: Branch where the order is closed.
  • Cashier: The cashier name.
  • Application: Third party apps.
  • Device: The device name.

  

For more details about an order, click the option button of each order then click on preview. Here there will be more details about the order including:

  • Order Number: Order number that uniquely identifies orders for one day only.
  • Branch: Branch where the order is sent from or to.
  • Source: The order source.
  • Type: Order type, takeaway, dinein, pickup..etc.
  • Table: The assigned table name along with the location.
  • Persons: The assigned persons (set persons) from cashier, if cashier doesn't assign persons manually, the system will consider persons = 1 by default.
  • Rounding: The rounding amount.
  • Tips: The paid tips.
  • Tags: The cashier tags that get assigned to orders, to track orders later in reports.
  • Cashier: The cashier name.
  • Waiter: The waiter name.
  • Device: The device name.
  • Agent: The web user name who created the order.
  • Business Date: The business date of the order.
  • Opened at: The time/date the order was opened.
  • Closed at: The time/date the order was closed.
  • Preparation Time: The duration of preparing the order in minutes.
  • Customer Name: The customer name who was assigned to the order.
  • Customer Phone:The customer Phone which was assigned to the order.

 

 

The order details can be printed or a copy can be sent to the customer via email (If the customer has an email in their profile).
