Foodics Display is the component responsible for displaying orders to the customer. It provides a detailed view of the current order. The customer can watch their order appear on Foodics Display as they order.
The display is designed for the customers to see their order as they are relaying it to the cashier. The iPad should be installed opposite the cashier, at the register, so the customer is able to see the details and total amount of the order and can change their order if they like, by telling cashier.
Tap on the top left corner to access the “Settings” page.
This is for troubleshooting purposes. You can tap on “Send Diagnostics” to send us logs of the waiter app. No personal info will be collected.
You’ll see your Internet Status, IP Address, Business Name, Branch Name, Device Name, Reference Number, App Version and System Version on the Diagnostics screen.
Here you’ll see the Cashier App that the display is connected to. It will show you its online/offline status. Ping is used to connect to the cashier to make sure the connection is working properly.
Here you can download the latest data from your dashboard and Cashier App. You can also see the last time the data was downloaded.
This will exit the settings page and direct you back to the app.
